You've set the date and decided to hire us to photograph your wedding day... whooohooo!!
If we have your date available, we'll sit down together (in person or video chat) to talk about the details.
Here's what the rest of the process will look like:

We've photographed enough weddings to know that clear communication is number one when it comes to weddings. We count ourselves officially hired when we all sign a contract detailing the wedding and photography specifics so you know exactly what to expect from us. A retainer is required with the contract and goes toward your final payment.

If your wedding package includes an engagement or bridal session, we'll collaborate on the location and timing so you have the most fun, loved up, wall-art worthy, photos of yourself ever!!

We love engagement sessions because we get to know each other before the stress of the wedding day. You'll also have first hand experience with how we work and will be able to relax on the day because you know we'll get all your best angles.

We come to the wedding day prepared! We know all about what's special to you and who you want in your family photos because we've talked about it in advance. The timeline has been finalized and photo locations have been scouted.

We have back up gear, first aid kits, snacks, extra lighting, a sewing kit, and all sorts of problem solving items in our bags. We are rested and ready and SO EXCITED to be part of your day.

When you leave for your honeymoon, we get to work on your wedding photos. The curating, editing, and album design process takes 4-6 weeks. We deliver your wedding photos in a beautiful online gallery that you can share with your friends an family, mark your favorites, and download as many times as you want.

At the same time, we'll deliver your wedding album draft design for you to look over and makes notes on. We consider your album the highlight of our work - a leather bound heirloom album you will keep for the rest of your life. At this point we'll also go over any prints and parent album orders.

After you've ok'ed the album design and print orders, we'll send everything off to our album lab. Production and delivery takes 3-4 weeks - that's when we'll deliver your gorgeous album, any other tangible products, and a custom USB drive as image backup.

We'll also send a small gift on your first year anniversary to say thank you for asking us to be part of your wedding day.
