I cried multiple times while photographing your wedding, and then again while editing it. Emma Joslin – little Emma who I met ten years ago while she was in Grade school – you’ve grown into a gorgeous woman who has found a man she can grow old with. A time old tale, this love story never gets old and every moment of the wedding day was a reminder to cherish the ones I have in my own life. Both your vows were thoughtful, honest and soaked in true love. You should have given everyone tissues with their ceremony fans! It was an absolute honor to have witnessed and photographed the first day of your marriage. You are truly better together and I can’t wait to see where your life together will be in 5 years!
When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible. – When Harry Met Sally
I love it so much when bridal parties take a quiet moment together before the craziness starts to pray and commit the day to God together. Something sobering and calming happens as everyone closes their eyes and reflects on the promises that will soon be made.
Lulu was the flower girl and she killed me all day! Her posing and camera awareness was on point! She had no problems holding her own around so many older bridesmaids.
This is my favorite photo of Rachel to date – she may be the mother of the bride, but this shot rings a little more like The Godfather to me. She’s a boss.
You took his breath away Emma! And I’m pretty sure this is when everyone started crying… good job. 😉
Congratulations you two!!! I hope you’re having a blast together in England!!
